- This Championship meet is only open to Wairarapa and Wellington Affiliated clubs (except for events 2 and 9).
- All events will be conducted as timed finals under SNZ rules.
- Age of the swimmers will be as at 1 July 2013. Swimming up an age is permitted in all events except 1, 14 and 15.
