• Age is at 26 February 2013. Times to have been obtained at an official meet between 1 January 2012 and 17 February 2013.
• See flyer for entry time and relay event conditions

• No refunds for any withdrawals (including medical) will be given once entries have closed.

• Over the top starts will be used for ALL EVENTS. Club seating will be allocated for the weekend. All clubs are to provide technical officials for the meet. 10 lanes will be used for all events. The meet will be conducted under SNZ rules.

• Entry fees are $15.00 for individual events and $30.00 for relay events.

• Karori entries close on Friday 8 February 2013 at 5.00pm

• Note that the new Karori Pirates Meet Entry Process will be used for this meet. After entries have been checked, invoices will be issued. These must be paid before entries are submitted. Entries with unpaid invoices will not be submitted.  
• Please pay by Internet banking into the Pirates account and add the following information in the reference fields:

  • Particulars: Swimmers Last Name

  • Code: Swimmers First Initial (if more than one swimmer use the first initials separated by '&' e.g. "A & B")
