• This is an out-of-town meet so we get to take a bus trip which is awesome.  Julie Register has kindly agreed to manage our team  and we'll need a few parents to help out.
  
  
  The club subsidises the bus - you'll only need to pay $20 per swimmer which we collect on the day.  We grab a pizza after the meet - bring $5 if you want some.  We'll leave at 9.45 on Sunday morning 16 Dec.  If you want to make your own way there, just make a note on your entry.

• Entry fee is $6:50 per event (no entry fee for relays)

• Times to be converted to 25M SHORT COURSE. No Times are permitted

• Meet will be run as open timed finals, ribbons will be awarded to the first three places in the following age groups:
  12 & U, 13/14 yrs, 15 & O and Open 200IM

• Relay members must have swum individual events in the meet

• Karori entries close Monday 3 December 2012 at 5:00pm

• Please pay by Internet banking into the Pirates account and add the following information in the reference fields:

  • Particulars: Swimmers Last Name

  • Code: Swimmers First Initial (if more than one swimmer use the first initials separated by '&' e.g. "A & B")

  • Reference: 12 1612

• No refunds for withdrawals after the Karori Meet Fee Report has been sent out.
