• Although swum as open timed finals, medals will be awarded to the first three place-getters in the following age groups: 9yrs and under, 10 & 11 yrs, 12 & 13 yrs, 14 & 15 yrs, 16 and over. 4th - 7th places will receive a ribbon. Age is at 30th January 2013. 

• Entry fee is $7:50 per event including relays. There will be no refunds for withdrawals (including medical) after psych sheets are published.

• Karori entries close Friday 18 January 2013 at 5:00pm

• Note that the new Karori Pirates Meet Entry Process will (for the first time) be used for this meet. This will mean entries will close slightly earlier. After a brief checking period, invoices issued. These must be paid before entries are submitted to the host club. Entries with unpaid invoices will not submitted.   

• Please pay by Internet banking into the Pirates account and add the following information in the reference fields:

  • Particulars: Swimmers Last Name

  • Code: Swimmers First Initial (if more than one swimmer use the first initials separated by '&' e.g. "A & B")

  • Reference: 13 0202
