• Age is at 16 February 2013. Times to have been obtained at an official meet between 1 January 2012 and 3 February 2013. The age groups (for both male and female) are 10 years and under, 11 years and 12 years.
• All swimmers shall only enter qualified events

• All events shall be swum as timed-finals in age groups. SNZ Regulation 2.10 regarding over the top starts in timed-finals may not apply at the discretion of, and subject to the prior approval of, SNZ. The meet will be conducted under SNZ rules.

• Entries close at 12:00am [midnight] on Thursday 7 February 2013. No refunds for any withdrawals (including medical) will be given once entries have closed.

• Entry fees are $15 per individual event and $30 for relay events

• Karori entries close Wednesday 30 January 2013 at 5.00pm

• Please pay by Internet banking into the Pirates account and add the following information in the reference fields:

  • Particulars: Swimmers Last Name

  • Code: Swimmers First Initial (if more than one swimmer use the first initials separated by '&' e.g. "A & B")
